Does what it says. Great product that is worth the money. The oil slick that is my forehead is actually mattified with this AMAZING primer - just dab it on AFTER your foundation.

its okay. Yes it does give a good matte finish if you know how much to apply and how to apply. If you apply a little too much, you end up with white chalky patches on the shin.
It also can dry the skin out if you dont properly moisturise before hand.
It does however work well over the top of makeup for little touch ups.
I probably wont purchase another one.
