not what I axpected. my first twizer by this company, bought due to overwhelming good reviews everywhere. Unfortunalty, for me at least, it is quite disapoiting. breaks the short hairs and doesn't "hold" the hair on the firt try. there are cheaper twizers out there that do a much better job by far!
